Morro Bay

Hello Friends,

Last week we took a roadtrip up to Morro Bay. We love the central California coast, and are sure to travel there at least once per year or more to enjoy its many wonders of nature.

If you're local to me in or near Long Beach you could drop by and say hi in front of Page Against the Machine Bookstore today from 11am to 2pm. Address is 2714 E. 4th Street Long Beach, CA 90814. I'll be out there selling books and cards and talking 3D.

We stayed at the dog friendly Inn at Morro Bay and I took this shot with my cellphone cha-cha style, shoot the left eye shot, slide a little and shoot the right eye shot. From there it was auto-aligned with StereoPhoto Maker and I worked on the lighting levels a bit in Photoshop. If you're heading up that way let me know and I'll give you some tips on my favorite activites there.

The horrors and ineptitude of the Trump administration continued this week. A friend and image-of-the-week recipient shared with me a video of Barack Obama describing a scene of retired admiral William McRaven criticize Trump to his face. It was at https://youtube.com/watch?v=MfufujKvANs, but it appears that its no longer available online, a message indicates that "This video is no longer available because the YouTube account associated with this video has been terminated."
