Winnie and Indy

Winnie (above) and Indy (below) are miniature schnauzers who live one block away. Frequently in the late afternoon I hear Winnie's high pitched bark as she approaches our yard, making her presence known and telling me to come to the fence with some treats. I took these shots with my Fuji W3 and turned them into phantograms by approximating a rectangle (trapezoid in the photo because of effects of perspective) on the right eye shot and matching up corner pixels on the left eye shot.

Welcome to our new world order in which Trump now feels empowered and entitled to do whatever he wants regardless of precedents or laws. It's been quite a week. Having fearful control over practically all republicans in congress, a loyal and fawning cabinet, and having appointed three stooges to the supreme court, there's no one to stop him.

This past week with neither warning nor permission from congress he demolished the east wing of the white house. Many to most administrations do some redecorating but none have had the nerve to just raze it to the ground.

He used our military to destroy suspected drug boats from Venezuela, effectively murdering those aboard with no proof of what they were doing, and he's massing our navy off the coast of Venezuela in an apparent attempt to destabilize their government, whose leader he dislikes. Are we now going to invade and conquer?

He ordered 20 billion of our dollars be sent to Argentina to stabilize their failing government, with likely more to come, because he likes the authoritarian style of their leader, and it's been told that some of his buddies bet heavily on Argentina.

He pardoned a bitcoin tycoon who pled guilty to laundering money for terrorists, sex and child traffickers and various other bad causes. It appears he did so because this bitcoin tycoon flooded Trump's own bitcoin ventures with billions of dollars effectively enriching Trump.

The supreme court is preparing to rule on whether Trump has the power to send troops to Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Portland (OR) and virtually any democrat run city on the basis of Trump's baseless perceptions of their supposed lawlessness, this against the stated wishes of governors and mayors of these cities.

We aren't being governed. We're being looted. The government shutdown is a few weeks in with apparently no desire from the Trump administration or congressional republicans for it to end. Having much of the government shut down like this just makes it easier to keep doing whatever he wants.

Trump and his MAGA minions are making our country weaker and poorer, all the while making him richer. Welcome to our new world order. Please, someone explain to me how I'm wrong or misguided on any of this.
