Iguanas in the Park ... and new ... Pop-Up 3D 2nd Edition
Hello Friends,
This is one of forty brass iguanas that can be found prowling the sidewalk and lawn near Leidesplein Square in Amsterdam. I shot this with my Fuji W3 camera and turned it into a phantogram in Photoshop by approximating a rectangle around it with guidelines and matching up pixels of grass blades.
Good news: a few months ago I discovered I was about out of my first kids book Pop-Up 3D, which was both gratifying and sad, so recently I looked into re-printing.
As such I'm proud to announce Pop-Up 3D 2nd Edition. It's still the perfect 3D book for kids 3-99, re-written a bit and with some fun new images.
To celebrate this new edition, buy any book on my website (Pop-Up 3D, Phantograms from Nature, Macrophant 3D, or Crossview 3D) ...
... for just $12. Use Promo Code: 12 to get that price. Valid until the end of 2025 at https://3ddigitalphoto.com/books.asp
We're a week and a half into government shutdown with no sign of an agreement. While I'd normally not think this an acceptable approach to governing, nothing is normal in governing in the USA these days.
Democrats are digging in refusing to budge unless the affordable care act subsidies are restored, and Republicans, or at least Trump and his people, are claiming that Democrats are antifa terrorists and haters of America. I have no political party affiliation, but I am strongly anti-fascist and I do hate the version of America the Trump administration is trying to force on us.
