Sales and Return Policies

All products purchased from us are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. If products have been damaged in transit, contact us (preferebly by email) and return them by mail with their original wrappings so we can see how they were damaged. We will replace products damaged this way, and credit you for regular parcel post costs back to us.

If you're not delighted with what you've received from us, please contact us (preferebly by email) and let us know what you want us to do. All of the regular (non-custom made) products purchased from us may be returned under the following conditions:
    We must be contacted prior to their return, preferably by email.
    They must be returned within 90 days of purchase.
    They must be returned in good salable condition.
    You will be credited the full purchase price for the product.

Our shipping prices are calculated for shipments within the USA. For shipments outside the USA we will at first charge our standard rates, and then check to see what the actual freight cost is. If reasonable we'll ship, if excessivly high we'll contact you and present options. We do not try to profit from shipping costs, at most break even.

To encourage larger orders we charge a maximum of $5.00 for shipping regardless of order quantity (USA orders). Again, for foreign orders if we need more we'll contact you with options to pay the added cost of freight, or cancel the order.

Cancellation prior to shipment on regular (non-custom made) products can be done preferably by email or otherwise by phone with no cost, with full refund of anything paid. Keep in mind that we're likely to ship on the same day of an order, so cancellation should be done quickly.

Custom made items may not be returned without authorization. Credit for the return of custom made items, or for dissatisfaction of custom services are solely at our discretion, as is the amount of credit that may be offered. We will try to be reasonable in every way to accomodate you. Prior to finalizing your order for custom items or services, we will notify you that they are custom items or services, notify you of our Sales and Return Policy, and require you to acknowledge this via writing or email. Normally we will collect 50% in deposit on custom made items or custom services.

Cancellation on custom made items or custom services may be done, but are subject to loss of any deposit paid. As much as possible we'll try to be reasonable in every way regarding charges on cancelled work, and we appreciate the same from our customers.

We will try to offer a broad range of delivery options to accomodate your preferences and take advantage of what's available via the US Post Office, UPS, Federal Express and others, and when the site is more fully functional these will be listed in detail with associated costs. It is our intent to charge fairly precisely our cost on shipping fees.

We will not issue credits for any expedited freight you may have ordered, unless you can provide us with proof that the freight company did not deliver on time per their obligation.

Privacy Statement is committed to respecting your privacy. We've structured our web sites so that you can do almost anything without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information.

We only require personal information to you allow you to purchase from our site or complete a transaction. This is not a certificated or secured site. As such we do not ask for financial information directly at our site. When you make a credit card purchase you will be linked to a secure third party credit card processor to complete the transaction.

We may occasionally contact you directly with our own marketing information we think might be of interest to you, but we will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving such direct marketing.

We will not sell, rent, share, or lease or in any way provide your personally identifiable information to others, unless we are required by law to do so.
